For the perfect steak, this is the pan of choice: the professional stainless steel pan from Silverstar^®! The patented pan combines the best properties of a stainless steel pan with those of a non-stick pan.

How does it work?
The body of the Tri-Ply Pan is made of the three-layer material “stainless steel – aluminium core – stainless steel”. This combination of materials ensures that the cookware heats up quickly and that heat is distributed perfectly and evenly from the base of the pan to the rim. In the final production step, the pan is non-stick coated. This is a 100 % indestructible inner base coating that can even withstand metal kitchen utensils. The reason for this is the special Silverstar^® non-stick coating with a raised star structure made of stainless steel. The filigree structure means that you can sear your steak or grilled vegetables hot and at high temperatures, just like in a classic stainless steel pan. At the same time, the non-stick coating allows the food to be easily removed from the cookware. This guarantees a precise and even frying result. The star structure also makes the pan resistant to scratches and abrasion.

The pans are non-stick coated right up to the pouring rim, which guarantees that the food slides out easily onto the plate.

The non-stick coated Silverstar^® stainless steel pans are suitable for all hob types and can of course also be used on induction hobs. The material can withstand temperatures of up to 220 °C in the oven. So off with the pan and the roasted vegetables into the oven for gratinating. Hmmm …

And the cleaning? It’s just as straightforward as handling, because this is where the advantages of the non-stick pan come to the fore again: simply wipe out the pan with hot water, a mild washing-up liquid and a soft sponge. That’s it! You can use the microfibre cloth supplied to bring your pan back to a high shine.

Cleaning and care tips:

Before the first use and after each use, we recommend washing your cookware thoroughly with a little water and a mild washing-up liquid. Make sure that the item has cooled down sufficiently before you start cleaning. Do not rinse with cold water. Thanks to the non-stick effect, cleaning by hand is recommended.
