This corner pan can be used multifunctionally: Whether you want to sear meat, cook a fillet, braise a roast or a casserole in the oven, with this pan you simply succeed in everything. The frying pan is square to provide more than 25% additional frying surface compared to a round pan. This square pan is a must-have for every kitchen household.

The unique aroma glass lid allows for measured addition of liquids such as wine, liquid spices or other essences via the lid knob. This gives your refined dishes the distinctive flavor of the added aromas. The corner pan is suitable for oven use up to 220 °C and is equipped with the proven STONELINE® non-stick coating.

To get out of the oven, simply pull the supplied thermal protective covers over the handles. Here it does not matter whether you cook on glass ceramic, induction, electric or gas. No stubborn residues will stick to the STONELINE corner pan with the original STONELINE® coating, and the simple hand wash will save you time and effort.

Cleaning and care tips:

Before first use, we recommend that you thoroughly wash your cookware or bakeware with a little water and a mild dishwashing detergent. Then spread a few drops of cooking oil on the coating with a paper kitchen towel. For further use, you can dispense with the use of grease or oil! Thanks to the easy-clean effect, cleaning by hand is recommended. Simply wipe out with hot water, hand dishwashing detergent and a soft sponge.
