This 28 cm corner pan is versatile and ideal for all frying and braising dishes. Thanks to its cornered shape, it offers an additional frying surface of over 25% compared to round pans. This corner pan is a must-have for every kitchen.

The unique Aroma Glass Lid allows controlled addition of liquids such as wine, liquid spices, or other essences through the lid knob. This imparts the unmistakable flavor of the added aromas to your refined dishes.

The corner pan is oven-safe up to 220°C (428°F) and can be easily removed from the oven using the provided thermo protective sleeves.

Thanks to the special STONELINE® non-stick coating, your dishes can be prepared with or without frying fat and oil according to your preference, and they release from the cookware without sticking.

Whether you cook on glass ceramic, induction, electric, or gas, it doesn’t matter. Cookware with the original STONELINE® coating doesn’t retain stubborn residues, and the easy hand washing saves you time and effort.

Cleaning and Care Tips:

Before first use, we recommend thoroughly washing your cooking or baking utensils with some water and mild dish soap.
Next, spread a few drops of cooking oil on the coating using a paper towel.
You can then continue to use the cookware without the need for fat or oil!
Thanks to the Easy-Clean effect, hand cleaning is recommended. Simply wipe with hot water, dish soap, and a soft sponge.
